Blowing fuses?

I dont have any running tailights. No instrument cluster lights. I keep blowing the ILL fuse on the inside fuse box. What might be my problem? I have a S4 and I just installed the S5 tails. All plugs are connected.

take rear bulbs back out. see if it still blows. check wire with meter for any shorts
