Blowing engine fuses

I've started blowing engine fuses(the engine fuse in the fuse box).
Once I start the car, anywhere from 2 seconds to 15 mins later, the engine fuse blows.
I'm assuming I've got a frayed wire grounding somewhere. Not sure where to start looking.

Any help would be appreciated.

The 15 amp Engine fuse powers the Circuit Opening Relay, alternator, Main Relay and a relay used in automatics. You can try disconnecting one of the components and see if the fuse blows. If it continues to blow then you remove another component powered by the fuse. Or you could remove all components and turn the key to on and see if the fuse blows w/all the components disconnected. If it doesn't blow then begin by reconnecting one item followed by turning the key to on and see if the fuse blows. If it doesn't then you ruled out a component and then reconnect another component and follow the same process until you can narrow down the cause.

check the spot where the intercooler is on top by the alternator...common place for shorting out.
also behind the ALT where the wring snakes between the WP and the engine.
