best sound-deadening to horsepower ratio exhaust for N/A?
 
more specifically, on a N/A with the RB streetable header.. I don't want to trip the dB meter at autocross, but I'm just guessing that with the header/presilencer and a corksport it will easily trip the meter... I do like the sounds of that combo though, as heard on Xentrix's sound file that he made.

any opinions from people with the RB header setup?

does the corksport optional silencer do any good?

Full RB setup probably wont set the meter off. Its fairly quiet. The drag strip here has a 95db limit on friday nights... I have no clue how Im going to get around that. 3in downpipe + 3in exhaust pipe to a straight thru muffler.

I'm running a backwards 18" glasspack as a mid muffler and a regular ebay special oval tip muffler and its not too horribly loud. Without the glasspack it is insanely loud.

Keep in mind the glasspack is nothing more than an open chamber at this point, but it does help cancel the sound at lower revs.

I think the RB presilencer would function in much the same way as my glasspack.

I have no clue if I'd pass the 95db limit with this system though.

The silencers that plug into the tips are great at killing noise, but they also kill flow just as well.

Running dual rear mufflers like the factory set-up is the best way to get the noise down, as two parallel mufflers only have to deal with half the noise energy each. If you select the pipe sizes properly and the Y is well built, this won't flow any less than a single system. It'll only weigh ~20lb more, which you won't even notice. :)
