bad wiper Linkage or bushings? -( not electrical

My driver side windshield wiper seems loose. I took apart the vent and checked the linkage. The pivot points seem loose but there is no way to tighten them. Are there bushings there that can be replaced?

Look at the FSM page 26.

The link assembly can be removed and then checked for play. I am not sure how the pivot points are secured, so it may or may not be possible to replace the bushings if there are any. And if no bushings, then the linkage may be just worn out.
