bad luck

well this is something i wasn't expecting. after i finally mount my new koyo rad i i was so sure that my car was never going to have anymore overheating problems but apparently i was wrong, today i took my car to the university because it was a long time since i have taken it out of the garage, when i finally get to the university i turn-off the engine and walk away with no problems but while i was walking away i saw underneath the car a lot of water so i go back open the hood and check everything and to my surprise the water wasn't coming from the radiator. i checked every line and evrything was okay so i close the hood and went to class, after getting out i refill the radiator with a little water and went home, while i was crusing i heard a weird noise like something was getting hot and it was making a sound like psssssssss so i didn't care cause i thought it was the car besides me but after a few seconds i look at my temperature and it was above normal so i punch the car to get as fast to my house and went i get to my house i turn off the car inmediately and look under the hood again to see where was the water coming out, and after seeing that the water wasn't coming from the radiator or any line i start to look and it seems the water is coming out of the housing, it seems that the the gaskets are toast. i got pissed because i thought the problem was the radiator. now im out of the game till i fixed this, i hate this man lol.

Well, the good news is that you get to do a rebuild now and get the motor ported.

But it still sucks man, sorry to hear about it.

yeah man it does suck, the car still has incredible compression though, 110 on both faces. the good news is that my uncle is going to do the street port for free lol and is also going to help me put the engine together, ill see if i can get my hands on a microtech or a haltech so i can get big hp numbers.

later

nice, 110 is a good number to do a rebuild on. I hope everything works out alright.
