back wheel offset for FC

can i fit a 17x9+15 in the back of an FC?

i was planning on ordering some silver 5zigen fn01r-c's for my TII tomorrow, 17x8 +35 front, and 17x9 +25 rear

but i have come to find that they only make 17x9's in +15, +35, and +43

wil a 17x9 +15 wheel fit in the back of an FC?

just found this: http://fc3spro.com/TECH/MODS/RT/rims.htm

ted says the minimum offset for 9's in the back is +20 :(

anyone know what fn01r-c's look like in 9" with a 35mm offset?

Sure, you're reading the chart wrong. :P

9.0", +35 is just about perfect back there.

???

If you read my chart, it says it won't fit.
I can tell you that it'll hit the outside fender and guarantee you'll be rolling them a lot just to make them fit...
Well, this also depends on what size tire you stuff on them, but I hope you're not stupid enough to hipari tires in the back. :P
I'm assuming 255 wide on a 9.0" rim?

if its a 9" i was planning on doing a 245 probably. i really want the wheel as close to the fender as possible -even if i have to bow the tire in a little- without rolling the fender. i know 255 would be ideal, but i was thinking i'd have to bow the sidewalls in slightly with a smaller tire.

i really wish i could find someone on here (where are all the drifter kids when you actually need them) that has stuffed a 17x9 +15 wheel in the back of an FC...

edit: i came across these pics of 10's +15 in the back...

Hey, if you're willing to roll the rear fenders (although they are "double wall"), then it should work.

but hey, those are 10's... (and +12 i think)

i'm only trying for 9's +15... think it'll work without rolling?

slammedblk7 is running 17x10s FN01R-Cs on the rear of his 87 and this is how they sit

I don't know his offset but he says they sit a little more inward on his friend's 88 TII

Personally, no.
With the 245's, it's going to get awfully close.

In that pic, if the rear compresses enough, it looks like the fender lip will shred the tire. :(
