Auto to Manual conversion question

If I buy an engine that comes with a auto trans, what parts would be needed to do the swap? Would I just need the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate and TII trans?

T2 drive shaft & T2 rear end, or custom driveshaft to link T2 trans to NA rear end (but why not just spend the money to have everything t2?)

also needed is the clutch master & slave, hard & soft hydraulic line, probably the clutch switch (so the computer gets the right info), & manual pedal assembly.

You're missing a BUNCH of crucial info for people to help you out, btw. Have no idea what kind of car/year/etc etc etc.

I have a 87 TII shell with everything but an engine(and clutch). Found an engine with auto trans and just wanted to know what it'd take to bolt my trans up to the engine.

No one has ever taken a auto trans off an engine and put a manual in place of it?

A turbo engine with Auto trans? JDM motor?

You need: flywheel [manual or aftermarket - the aftermarket would use the counter weight that's bolted to the engine right now], the automatic starter [same for turbos], clutch hydraulics [if you don't already have them - I highly recommend buying ALL new parts via Mazdatrix ~$110 including a brand new hardline], clutch, turbo throwout bearing.. And you should be good.

The automatic and turbo transmissions bolt up exactly the same to the engine. In fact.. a huge range of Mazda Rotaries all bolt up exactly the same between the engine and trans.
