Go into the classifieds section. A lot of guys selling pretty much everything you need. From tranny to differential even pedals and cylinders. For cheap too sometimes.

You will also need a clutch master and slave, pedal box, longer tailshaft, manual starter motor, use the speedo sender from the auto and chuck the one that comes with the manual box so it matches the auto diff.

And do it correctly. Cut out the auto mounts and weld in the manaul ones, its really not that hard, just don't make some stupid "adapter bracket" off your auto mounts.

I say just enjoy the car as is. Most guys never finish the conversion. Its not difficult but it is time consuming and can get hectic.

Its really not that bad if your a handy mechanic it can be done on a saturday
All depends on how familiar you are with your car and how good your are with a 12mm

and if your interested i have the pedal assembly i can sell you :)

Dustin, dont u remember when i did this? cutting out the mounts would leave 2 huge holes in the floor that and they're shaped a bit different so it wouldnt be flush with the chassis. I think u meant cut the mounts out of a rolling 5speed chassis and weld them into ur car. Theres a bunch of wiring differences that'll be your biggest problems. i ghettofied my wiring job and will be redoing it all here this summer. Just remember when u weld in the mounts makes sure all the carpet and sound deadening material as gone. If not u will have a nice fire.

O yea thats right. Sorry got my wording mixed up.

Man, I say just buy a manual FC, instead of doing complicated conversions LOL! Just kidding. Search the archives for info and look in the "Parts for Sale" section for the parts you need.

That's probably a good place to start

I got 5 years on my conversion with no problems with the ghetto mount. i made my mount out of a modified mustang double hump cross member. But should have done the whole mount swap thing. I say if you like you car do the swap it isnt that bad did mine in about 20 hrs of work time. And that was taking my time
