ARG!!!!!! Rotaries are so frusterating!!!!

so about last march i rebulit my 89 n/a fc it ran fine when i took it apart. in the rebuild process i street ported it and put a rx8 e shaft in it. i also removed all the emisions. when i put it back together almost everything was back to normal.......... now when the car comes under load at anything more than about 40% throttle makes it want to sputter and die. i just replaced everything form the LIM up including the injectors. i just wanted to know if anyone has had this problem and how i could fix it............. F.M.L.

Sounds kinda like limp mode to me... Are you getting any CEL's? Could be your Oil Meterng Pump going out. Could also just be a vacuum leak.

no offense intended but as you stated it ran fine prior to the rebuild...
you really cant blame the current issue on the motor.. its in the build

Check the fuel pump, my GXL did that last year before I sold it. Turned out to be the fuel pump.
