That system usually goes for $600-700, depending on who you get it from.

Look at the "RX-7 Store" link that is located at the top of this very screen!! They have it for $569, I think. It is WAAAAYYYY loud! Mine is in the mail as we speak!!!!!!

Lil'7 you should have come out with us before it got cold you could have heard them in person. 2 things about them though. 1) they are loud not super loud but still, I am running the RB presilencer. 2) They are expensive, mine cost about $1400 canadian. When I put her back on the road you can have a listen and decide what you think.

1FastT2 and turborotor have the N1 dual. I saw their cars at the Tri-7 cruise, and it looks awesome, and it sounds great.

The N/A would be louder than a TII, in single or duals. I'm getting the N1 dual catback. I'll see how loud that is and then go either with a MP and header or RP and DP. Probably header and MP, I want loud....

1FastT2 11-21-01 08:07 AM

I do love my N1 and wouldn't trade it for anything! I was told a few times that my car sounds like a sportbike coming down the road sometimes.

1FastT2,
That is one of my favorite pics from the forum. I can't wait til I get mine on.

I noticed you have a DP and MP, I was informed that those wouldn't fit together. I was told a MP was to connect the header to the y-pipe, and the RP connected the DP to the y-pipe.
Was I misinformed?

Yeah, I have the Apexi' N1 Duals with Pacesetter headers and a Bonez race-pipe. It is quite loud and always turns a lot of heads EVERYTIME I am out. It does sound good though and I like it. I'll post some pics sometime soon.

NCsublime and 1FastT2:

Do you have any problems with ground clearance with those huge ass cans back there?

PaulC 11-21-01 04:25 PM

I only have a single N1 but then again a NA doesnt really need duals.

JScott 11-21-01 04:27 PM

I have the N1 single, a little loud but sounds awesome! I gained more boost earlier and it creeps higher too so it flows way more than the stock duals. But dyno was happy. :)

Mine was a little loud when driving on the hyway, but a sheet of dynomat put down under the carpet in the rear hatch area cured that :)

Every once and a while they scrape but it not really a prolbem at all.

NCsublime 11-21-01 05:54 PM

Same here. They don't cause me any problems with normal driving, but I have scraped them a few times when going over speed bumps that are too high. I've also scraped them on the street backing out of a steep driveway before. You could probably avoid it totally, though with some better maneuvering. Sometimes I just get in a hurry and regretably scrape them. But, to answer your question, no, I don't have any problems with them. It's definitely worth it if you have the money and are not worried about it being too loud. I'll try and take some pics over Thanksgiving vacation and get them posted. I'm not promising you that my car will be clean though :D

jimmyv13 11-21-01 07:02 PM

I don't like the look of a single exhaust. The rear wrap around I want already has cut-outs for duals. I'd hate to have to fill one of them because I had a single.
