APEXi i-Moni

I was looking into get a OBD for my 89 vert and i was wondering if anyone ran anything like this? And also i saw some where that the hookup on the ECU for an OBD didnt come around till 93 and i was wondering if ours did or not.

No RX-7 sold in the U.S. had any of that OBD crap.
So...purchasing an OBD monitor is a waste of money.
