Apexi AVCR install... help (how to connect apexi solenoid)

Car = 1989 Rx-7 TII

To everyone who reads this thread, thank you.
Now i need help.

I have attached the FSM below.

Notice there are two colored vac lines. red and blue.
TWO questions...

-do I completely bypass the stock boost controller... so that i unhook the blue line from teh stock boost controller and plug it into NC port of apex-i solenoid?

-also then... do i disconect the redline from the stock boost controller as well, and then connect it the COM port of the apex-i solenoid?

am I correct? basically i just completely bypass the stock boost controller? Correct?

Please confirm with my thinking.

THANK YOU

dave gibson installed it on his 88TII ... and i quote from his website:

Basically you have a silicon tube going to the wastegate. It comes from either the compressor housing on the turbo or the stock boost controller if you have one. The new connection will be as follows: 1. Line from the nipple on the turbo or stock boost controller goes to the NO side of the AVC-R solenoid. 2. Line from COM side of AVC-R goes to wastegate on turbo. Easy huh?!

easy? no... so according to him... i take the T out of the Blue line... connect the top vac hose coming from the compressor connect it to NO

and then connect the bottom vac line to COM?

???
