apex seals?

what are the high boost people running for apex seals, looking at an engine rebuild (just got a turbo II with a bad engine, and got a jspec sitting around) and would like to start out the right way so i dont have to run it hard for a year then end up rebuilding it right away, i have heard about alot of crap that they make the seals out of, ranging from the regular to polyurethane, to ceramic, and all that junk, just wondering which ones handle high boost and are pretty dependable, thanks

Most people run the stock seals.

There's really no advantage going to 3MM seals.
