energy suspension?? i think at victoria british...

hyperflex kit(energy suspension) on ebay will have all of the suspension bushings in a single kit for about $88, close to $100 shipped.

DTSS eliminator bushings can be found from Mazdatrix.

polyurethane engine and tranny mounts can be found at Banzai racing.

as for a single kit with all of those? none that i know of, sorry.

I got a killer deal on the prothane kit from Nopi a while ago, but it is far from a full kit.

I used an Energy suspension kit for most of the bushings, and got the DTSS eliminators, subframe mounts and rear diff mounts from Montgomery Machine and Racing (www.mmr-direct.com) I'm planning on posting a writeup on the MMR stuff once I've put a few miles on them. So far, I like them alot.

The prothane kit is still available at nopionline. Someone mentioned that it's not the entire kit as advertised...how complete is it then? Or better worded: what's missing in their kit?

I was thinking about getting that one. Glad I checked the forums first before buying. =).

Not sure what its missing with the nopi one but I have the 99 dollar energy kit at the house if you want to check it out Calvin

I'd have to agree with Karack. Can't beat that kit for the price. Plus it's a very high quality kit. Just my .02

I'll mention again that the energy suspension bushings are very nice.

86se7en 06-08-05 09:37 PM

alright i am also looking at buying sway bars while i am at it too and i have been looking at the racing beat sway bars, but i was wondering what other brands are out there? and what brands do you guys have on your car/ recommend? And if you need to know this the car is going to be used for road racing/ autocross

adamxevil 06-08-05 11:54 PM

for solid motor, tranny, and diff mounts... check out http://www.scalliwag.com/

i'am going to be getting some of the previously mentioned http://mmr-direct.com bushings also... particularly the dtss eliminators.

as other have said, ebay's a good place to start...

Bukwild 06-09-05 07:27 AM

if you want bigger sway bars save your money and get some from someone parting out a vert. The larger RB sways are just red vert bars. You should buy the new sway bar end links though.

theloudroom 06-16-05 03:03 PM

The prothane kit I bought had:
Both front control arm bushings
tie rod end boots
sway bar mounts (front and rear)
one of the rear susp bushings

that is all

Mint87RX7 06-16-05 07:00 PM

do the kits come with instructions or is it just a guessing game on what bushing goes where?

gxlbiscuit 07-22-05 10:17 PM

guessing game........ ive got them

twistedriver 07-23-05 12:45 AM

Maybe i am just a little slow, but when the dealers say that the solid mounts tranfer more vibration then stock they are not kidding. On the bright side they feel really good during accleration.

CDNFC3s 09-07-06 11:34 PM

i bought the rear steer elim. bushings from mmr-direct. They were 11 thou under Racing Beat's specs. They rattled in their holes. When I measured them with a micrometer, they came out to the specs that MMR had quoted! The sleeves looked like they had been fabbed by a caveman. Buy them if you'd like a nice laugh.
