you gotta find japanese tuners for aftermarket top mounted intercoolers. i think its a fad with some of them. most here have front mounted their aftermarket intercoolers.

edit: o ya this guy did something like that not too long ago...but i think he's a rarety.

That is a horizontal mount intercooler, not a top mount.
