Another P/S & A/C Removal post.
 

I understand most of the things discussed in the other threads ( I searched ). However, I have a few questions.

Reguarding P/S Removal, there are 3 lines going to the PS Pump. You couple 2 of them ( I think I know which )... what do ou do with the third? Also, I've heard of of taking off all of the hoses, and putting bolts or whatnot in their place. Which is better? Just coupling the lines ( and doing... whatever to that 3rd line ) or removing all of it.

About the A/C removal, I have no emissions, no AVC. Can I remove the BAC now that the A/C is gone? Also, how do I bleed my A/C system??

i'll be performing these mods myself this weekend i think and would like some answers as well if anybody can help out. oh yeah Liqiud, go punch a hole in your condesor so all the coolant just leaks out. the hole that rotted through it works for me. no problems or worries now.

Actually, after taking most of the P/S and the A/C compressor off.... I put them back on.

They weight removed is surprisingly little. I was told this would drp over 100pounds.... I'd be surprised if it drops 50. It's really not worth it to be 50 pounds lighter to have to give the car hell to get in and out of parking lots ( I'm in college )

wait if your going to remove the a/c, you need to take out the condenser, and all those steel lines throughout engine bay, and get a manual rack its alot easier

loop the feed on a P/S rack, and it's almost the same; with one less turn lock-to-lock. Even still, if it's your daily driver.... just don't do it.

If your looking for weight savings, the manual rack is lighter than the power rack as well.

Also, the car is not that hard to steer in parking lots. If my wimpy girlfriend can do it, I'm sure you can handle it too.

Eh, I'm keeping the bracket the P/S attaches to ( WOOHOO!! FREE A/C FOR THE POLAR BEAR!!! ) so I might as well keep the P/S as well.

yeah I want a manaul rack but I kinda like being able to back up and turn with one hand
