Aluminum rad in s5 na?

For my 18th birthday my dad says hes gonna buy me a koyo n-flow and pay for the install (you wouldnt believe how excited i got when he told me that)
As things stand, im always hesitant to go to mountain passes with my friends and things like that because im scared to death of my car overheating or something mechanically terrible happening
Is it safe to be confident about not overheating during semi-hard to hard driving with the new rad? Through canyons the car is usually revving between 4-6k rpm because of the wacky long gearing.
Also, because the car is my daily and i have no intention of selling it like ever, is this something that will help prolong the life of the car long-term?

The factory rad is fine actually but usually has issues with the crumbly plastic end caps.

I have a copper rad and I do not overheat during high load situations. The key is to have a a completely pressure tight cooling system with a fully functional fan. The factory clutch fan works fine as well but after 20+ years, the clutch gets worn out. I have a low mileage clutch fan taken off of another junked RX7 and it works perfectly fine.

any all metal rad is a good upgrade on a FC

my original rad split the plastic top wide open the second week I had it

if all the maintenance has been done and the tires are in good shape then some canyon carving should be fine

Theings to consider:

How old are the hoses and belts?
Has all the maintenace been done? brake fluid fush, plugs, wires, diff and trans fluids etc....

oh and have a second plastic neck for the engine where the rad hose attaches and houses the thermmostat
a spare thermostat isn't bad to have either

Just put a koyo in my s5 vert definitely good for piece of mind. Make sure you change all your rad and heater hoses while your at it.
just install it your self its super easy......takes maybe 30 mins if even

JJ said it.

adding that you can now get an aluminum s5 thermostat neck(they make them now).
