alternater belt ideas

so i was wondering if the idea of a gilmer belt, i think thats what it is... the wide belt with teeth like the blower belt for drag cars.... wonder what it would take to get that to work for the alt. belt since mine keeps strecthing and squeaking. and i think it would look cool having it as your only belt since thats all im running is my alt. and it would give a cleaner appereance than that god awful factory crank pulley

ideas people?? im sure it can be done aslong as the motors arent balenced by the pulley?

just run a dual pulley, i have one on my s6 alt, its looks very sexy ;) they sell the pulley kit you're talking about for the fc, i say go for it, its costs a pretty penny though

they make a gilmer belt drive here in australia for the 13b they also make the twin belt pulley, not too sure on the price of the gilmer setup, but the twin belt pulley is $65 AUD like $40usd for http://www.gofastbits.com.au I'm pretty sure they export/sell over seas, I'm about to get one for my car aswell, suffering from the same problem, with bosch belts anyway I went to another brand benco or something (they aren't a toothed belt just a plain v belt) and they seem to be working sweet
