Alright my engine went "ping"/"knock"

OK, the other day my engine went "ping" or "knock" just once under low rpm conditions. I turned it off immmediately after that, then reatarded the timing a little. It now seems to be running fine. How worried should I be?

My NA vert did this before I got it tuned up. If everythings OK I wouldn't worry just correct the problem.
