alarm system trouble
 

ok so ive been working on my car for the past week trying to get a car phone and alarm system out. well the car phones out but the alarm system is being tricky. ive got almost all of it out but theres these 3 wires that are going into the steering column that i have no clue where they are going and are originating from. ive got a stock 90' gxl convertible.
the alarm is a clifford intelliguard 800-iq

what i want to know is where those wires are leading to, where they originated from , and how can i remove it in a way that will unlock the ignition.

ive been searching for a couple hours in the FSM and on the clifford website but i havent found anything.
