Racing Beat has the vert suspension package, but I believe the shocks and struts are the sameas the coupe. www.racingbeat.com

i saw tokico's on ebay for $300. I will get the springs off racingbeat, but not the shocks as they are too pricey

It definately depends on the application. The common ones:
KYB GR-2s - Stock replacements.
KYB AGXs - Adjustable higher performance for the street or mild autox, track use.
Tokico HPS - A bit better than stock replacements
Tokico Illuminas - Adjustable, a bit stronger than the AGXs in terms of more extreme use.
Koni Yellows - The rears are bolt in and adjustable and not all that expensive. The fronts require you to cut up an old struct tube to mount the Konis in or get an aftermarket peice. Good for decent racing.
Bilsteins - Racers say that they survive better in extreme racing conditions and maintain their damping characteristics. This probably isn't what you're looking for.

not looking to race

I have Tokico Illuminas on my vert and I love them.

If you're not looking to race, the AGXs or HPs are probably your best bet. HPs are cheaper than the AGXs. Match those with Racing Beat springs or something similar and you should be good to go.

Rotary Performance offers a number of options. See:

I put the following kit on my 'vert. It was a stunning transformation.

It was comfortable on the streets, but I could whup stock 3rd gens through the twisties at Summit Point.
