Adjusting T2 idle down from 1500rpm

Hey,

I'm having problems getting the car to idle near 750, just stays at 1500 or so. I've been working on the TPS, think I have that inline. The BAC valve just seems to drop it to 1350 or so and then the motor hunts between 1250 and 1400.

Timing seems to be maybe 20 degrees off, and I think you have to be able to set the idle first. It's like something is advancing the spark at the 1400rpm range and I can't seem to see what it is.

I changed the engine harness and am attempting to get things back to normal. I do have another BAC valve, not sure on it's condition though.

Been messing with the throttle cable, idle set screw, TPS adjustment screw, and the BAC valve. I do have the TPS tool, and jumpered the plug for the initial set coupler.

Any thoughts are welcome!

I wanna find out too..

my problem is that i cant get the idle up higher by using the bac valve. I want it around 800 or 900 because my idle is funky down low. I guess i should try and play with the tps soon.

Seriously, I've been searching all week.
