ACT flywheel question

I'm looking at the act flywheel on corksport it's the cheapest i've seen so far and as far as i know act is a pretty good company so it looks like a good deal at 252, but should i get the streetlite or prolite? i'm thinking street lite since i'll be doing more drag than anything else, but then again i don't know how it will effect my laucnh any input would be appreciated. also do the act's require and automatic couterwieght?

Ive heard somewhere on an RX-7 page that customers allways complain at how uncomfortable and undriveable an aluminum flywheel can be. I still have a stocker so I dont know, but if I was to get one, I'd go with the RB light steel. Still stong, yet lighter!!!

ACT Flywheels are for turbo, not N/A fyi.

All aftermarket flywheels I've ever seen require a counterweight, ACT is no different.

I've got a prolite on my N/A. Of course I also have a TII transmission. Anyways stop and go driveabiity sucks. But nothing like having a fast revving motor and the top end makes up for it. You get low end torque loss but its not significant in my opinion.

Yah I run the RB aluminum flywheel, no big deal, you get used to it fairly quickly. The first couple days, though, thats rough :p:
