89 TII Idle Adjustments

I had trouble with fuel and I messed with the throttle body too much trying to figure it out. The engine runs and can idle, but it is never ever consistent and sometimes it will smoke unburnt fuel or have high rpm and then next have low. Under driving throttle and even WOT it seems normal and very healthy with no smoking. I'm looking to see if anyone knows exactly where the IDLE STOP SCREW should be or more specifically the clearance of the primary throttle bore when the thermowax is hot. My TPS can't ever be actually right if my idle stop screw/blades are off what 1k ohms should be.

If anyone has the measurements or is willing to check their own correct throttle body it is greatly appreciated. And I know the FSM says the primary blade clearance, but that is with the thermowax installed.

i just went through this with my FD throttle body, and i just adjusted it like it was a carburetor. i have a little piece of paper i stick between the stop and the screw, and i adjust it until the paper is tight.
the FD actually has two stops on the primary throttle, i don't know about the FC, but if it does you need to play with both.

the thermowax, like you say is the one in the book. i stuck a feeler gauge in between the stop and the screw, and mine was 0.040" or about 1mm. then with the other adjustment you can put the wax cam roller thing on the line the FSM says, and it should be really close to right
