86 running very rich help please

Ok, for starters my car is an 86 GXL NA motor, but i have done the same turbo conversion that aaron cake did in his write up..slightly different but same idea, so its an NA block with turbo bolted on running on an SAFC and the original computer.
The other day i did some work to the car, i installed a new front mount intercooler piping and everything, but had to relocate the battery to the trunk or in this case into that bin right behind the driver seat.
After i finished i started up the car...before all of this work the car was running 10lbs of boost no problems. I took it for a short drive, the car was spitting blue flames and running really really crappy on the low end, almost no power. Eventually i stopped and the car died while trying to idle. It wouldnt start for a while so i pushed it popped the clutch and it started just long enough to get it home. It starts now but runs really rough and really rich, blue flames everywhere. It has the turbo II 550cc injectors, im curious if possibly the ECU got popped when i was re locating the battery or maybe the SAFC? The SAFC still turns on and meters things as it should but the car runs hella rich. Im thouroughly confused at this point so any help would be much appreciated.

PUt it back to the way it was before and see if things are still bad.

Reset all the wiring to the way it was before installing the new intercooler, and relocating the battery, made no difference at all, in fact the car has gotten worse, now it wont start at all, im guessing its probably flooded.

So you redo all the IC piping, and then you have all the symptoms of a big air leak. The problem should be obvious Captain. ;) Go fix the huge leak in your IC piping.

I wouldnt think it was the IC piping, the car makes boost just fine, its only at idle and low rpm that it is hella insane rich.

vacuum

At idle and low rpm's the intake will be sucking in air. You may have a leak in your intake that is allowing air in, but not letting air out (under boost).

Or it is letting air out, you just don't notice it.

Check the piping, it is probably a small leak.

yeah...found the problem...its definately not the piping or anything electrical....my compression is low...very low...blown engine low...so yeah...time for a rebuild...thanks for the help anyway guys
