please help me i don,t know where is aux port actuator and oxygeb sebsor???

I opened plate and there was no sensor on exhaust manifold. I could not find aux port acutators either.

Go to this site: http://wombat.sevarg.net/RX7/RX-7_Training_Manuals/

Download the Fuel and Emissions chapter. Look at page 4-12 and see if that isn't what your engine looks like.

Also go to the Engine chapter. Look at the first 1-2 pages that have a breakdown of the internals of the engine. One looks quite different than the other. In fact it looks similar to your photos as far as the ACV goes.

I've no definite answer, but I think the chapters above will give you a clue.

Maybe those are bad pics, but that doesn't look like an NA LIM. I see where the aux ports should go, but I don't see the aux ports, or even where they should attach.

Looks like a 13b out of a 84-85 gsl-se, but I could be wrong. I have an 86 N/A and it looks nothing like that. There should be some actuators right in the middle of that first photo, but there's none.

All I can say is, go look at the TRAINING manual I mentioned above and LOOK at them. There are/were differences in Aus, USA, Europa models, at least on the early cars.

Look at page two of the ENGINE section. Then compare it with page three. Then go to the fuel and emissions section and look at the different ways of actuating the aux valves.

HIS jpg look like page two of the ENGINE seciton of the above manual.

Ok, hes in Slovenia. In that case, who the hell knows. I think its a fair guess that that is a 4-port motor. Just do as Hailers said.

Page 4-12 of the fuel and emissions, show the aux actuators on the INBOARD/TOP side of the intake manifold for some models.

It's a European model, so it has different 6PI valve set-up with different actuators in a different location, and fewer emission controls (including no oxygen sensor).

thanks a lot guys you are very helpful. Yes i went to training manual and compared pictures to my engine and it is engine for except australia (Europe). So i bought O2 sensor for nothing. So i need another advise.

What can i do with my exhaust since i would put in de-cat instalation.

I do not have O2 sensor and as much as i can see my actuators are not conected to my exhaust systema (am i right)

Sugsetions please???

mazdica 06-19-07 09:44 AM

Ok another thing. As much as i understand my air flow meter send signal to ECU for air fuel mixture since i dont have O2 sensor, so how can i adjust A/F mixture since there is no O2 sensor, i can,t even put in wideband lambda and AFC to corect riche peaks of ECU....

Advise???

Adjust as usual, no need for an O2 sensor there; it's not used for AFR except for slight corrections under certain conditions.

HAILERS 06-19-07 03:44 PM

Install a SAFC. There should be no problem other than the pinouts on YOUR ECU will be different than on a USA model. That's an assumption that may possibly not be true. But I'm probably right.

There's absolutly no reason to not be able to install a wideband other than it would help to have a wiring diagram for YOUR car so you could wire it right. Again, the USA wiring is *probably* different in some areas.

The 02 sensor you bought can still be used in a limited way. Either buy a narrow band gauge for it or monitor the AFR from a digital meter. You just need a 02 bung welded on the exaust prior to the catalytic converter IF you have one of those.

You're right. You don't need to do anything about either. Put in any exhaust you want.

You're right that a fuel controller won't work. AFAIK there are no current fuel controllers that will work with the12V AFM fitted to Euro FC's, and it's extremely unlikely that anyone will be able to reprogram the ECU. Short of an aftermarket programmable ECU, you're stuck.

Nope, S-AFC's only work with 5V sensors. :)
