1989 gx re-build
 

Hi I just bought a 1989 gx 13b with engine stuck(guys says apex seals flippped ?)I paied next to nothing for it.I can turn it over by hand back and forth but seems to stick in one spot any Ideas? I am planning on pulling it out to check,but should I replace anything else while it is apart. I am thinking of porting. Any thoughts would help
