1680cc injectors into stock TII fuel rail
I have searched to no avail, can anyone tell me what size to machine out a stock TII secondary rail to fit 1680cc injectors. I would think soeone has done this before, so I dont have to rely on using a caliper guage to measure the size I need it machined out.
And no I dont want to use a K2rd rail or a rx7store rail. Thanks |
we are just cutting bit of plastic of top injectors, no need to modify rail at all
|
really? picturing it in my head it seems like that would be a lot of cutting to the injector. I think I would prefer to modify the rail as opposed to potentially mucking up the injector. They are brand new and worth more than a rail. The rail can be easily replaced if necessary.
If I cant find out what size, I will just go with the caliper guage reading and mill it out from there, just test fit lots. Thanks Higgi |

The fuel rail will not at all be a problem, thanks for your concern though, and wankel7, already have the injectors, 680 primaries, and 1680 secondaries, BNR stage 3 turbo. |
just bore them out to ford or chevy size its a standard size, id look it up but my books are at the shop. RON
