13B-T Turbo to Replace Turbo on 13B?

I am about to replace the Turbo (bad bearings) on my 1988 RX-7 Turbo. There a guy in town who will sell me a good condition Turbo from a ’91 for a mere $50. He says it is from a 13B-T. I have seen it and it appears excellent. Will this work in my ‘88? Anything I need to know before giving it a try?

Thanks in advance!

it wont work without the manifold, because the hotside flange are a bit different

Which I suppose is expensive as hell...

TII '87 is right. The studs on the manifold that go to the hot side of the turbo are different on one stud, so you have to get the manifold as well.

You can pick a manifold up in the classifieds for not too much. And you may want to check with the guy and see if by chance he has a manifold too.
