ok... i searched the database for an hour lookin for info and things are scabby. questions,

1. what is the max size rim/tire on stock ride hieght without rubbing. so offset for front rear, width, tire size

2. maximum 17" rim width, front and back

3. max offset front/back for both 17" and 18" rims

ps i have an 88 ae turbo, and want i to look like this.

anyone know what these rims are? longshot, but you never know! :)

Wheel diameter does really change offset and width specs.
There's a huge thread in the Suspension section.

Those rims look like Ford Mustang Cobra rims?

I think this should work if you go with 8” wide rims all around:
Front
235’s with a 35 offset
or 245’s with a 30 offset (You will have to roll the fenders a little and maybe dial in a little negative camber)

Rear
245’s with a 25 offset

Then just adjust the aspect ratio to fit your rims size.

Like RETed said, those look a little like cobra rims. Which means they are probably 17x8 with a 30offset.

Keep in mind 17x8” OEM mustang rims are going to way OVER 50LBS EACH with tires. Or at least that is what mine way.
