**** I think I messed up: Redlines on start up

One long chain of problems. I removed the fender to hammer out a dent and when I went to put it on, it interfered with my passenger headlight moving up and down. It would get stuck and then eventually was working the opposite of the driver side ( one up and one down).
So, I pulled the retractor fuse(or so I thought) so I could work on it and now the motor won't move at all. So I go to start it up and it takes some gas to get it going and when it does it shoots up to redline! I double check what fuse I pulled out and it turns out I had accidentally pulled the HEAD fuse. Did I jack something up bad? :(

Additional Info:
I had removed the UIM the other day to fix a coolant leak and it drove fine after that was replaced and I thought maybe the throttle cable got tightened for some reason, so I disconnected that and it still shoots to redline when I start it now.

It sounds like the throttle is stuck open. Move the linkage around to see if it was stuck.

Checked that already. Moves freely.

Unless it's something else there beside the little half circle thing that the cable goes around to open the throttle.

Throttle return spring disconnected, binding or broken?

Make sure its on the guide. Mine wasnt when i bought it and it freaked me out when it would go steadily up from 3k to redline....

Check both the throttle cable and cruise cable. The HEAD fuse has nothing to do with how the engine runs. In fact, no fuse could make the engine redline on it's own. You have something holding the throttle open, or you have a seriously screwed up/locked open BAC valve.
