Picked this up at the junkyard afew weeks ago. From what I have found its off of a turbo 89-90.

*The sides are not bolted down

from what I have read on e30 websites they can still be bought pretty cheap new.

vipers 04-09-10 11:17 PM

a little too thick for my taste..but it sits more flush than the other alternatives.

rotordad 04-09-10 11:48 PM

Damn not bad, looks good to me. Nice find!

awestun 04-10-10 05:46 AM

Rob XX 7 04-10-10 06:56 AM

where cam i find this lip brand new online?

Grip 04-10-10 08:58 AM

nevermind, i found them brand new for $84 shipped.

SouthSideSlider 04-10-10 11:40 AM

well there is a company that makes a lip for a 90+ 740 which might look good(only an outwardly angle.)

rotarybeat1287 04-10-10 12:01 PM

My modified 626 lip is super low as it is... this would definitely be sitting on the ground if it were on my car. I agree w/ Grip tho, looks like a glorified home depot lip to me.

jaggermouth 04-10-10 12:43 PM

I like it. Good find dude

NJGreenBudd 04-10-10 01:17 PM

Def looks better than any HD lip I have seen. I actually just ordered a new one of these cause I like it so much. I was going to make one similar to this from FG but abandoned the project a few months ago. Thanks for the heads up!

Pettersen 04-10-10 03:15 PM

I like it, i would prefer it to a unmodified 626 lip.

Grip 04-10-10 03:34 PM

its not just a flat piece like the homo depot lips, it has some shape to it....its like a better version of the cork sport lip.

Bluecoop91 04-10-10 05:56 PM

:icon_tup: Doesn't look too bad.

lonetlan 04-10-10 06:02 PM

Yes!

Rob XX 7 04-10-10 06:10 PM

I prefer a little more style, even though it has SOME shape to it, it still looks like a flat piece of rubber and makes a older car look dated

but if you got a really low car and bash the crap out of the lip on a regular basis its a good deal and cheap

13b_cookie_monster 04-10-10 07:47 PM

everyone has their own preferences... looks good to me!

Twins80s 04-10-10 09:11 PM

for the price of $5 at the junk yard it is perfect for what I want. It can also be used flipped upside down like e30 guys run it to make it look alittle more sporty

88RX7TURBO 04-11-10 02:11 PM

you should try flipping it upside down to see how that looks.

digitalsolo 04-11-10 08:56 PM

Goes well with the wheels.

The CzAR 04-11-10 09:52 PM

I dunno, it's not terrible looking... just looks like it doesn't belong.

1low7 04-12-10 12:30 AM

OP: Lower it

tevan 04-12-10 12:41 AM

looks alright but its to big for my taste i think
