is a gift awesome
|
Great buy! What are your plans with it??
|
Yeah if i can get it to stop overheating would be a much better gift. But for $400 what would you aspect. I am new to rotary motors. I have replaced thermostat and radiator cap. Now it is either water pump or clutch fan bad.
|
I plan on upgrading the wheels to something more low profile. Maybe turbo in the future.
I have already replaced the fuel filter/spark plugs/rad cap/thermostat plus whatever the previous owner replaced. |
Oh yeah i will also need to install a radio too.

Welcome! There's PLENTY of information around here. |
Yeah thinking about the five lug conversion in the near future.
|
Well it looks like a full rebuild. Steam coming from the manifolds indicates leaking coolant?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mazda-Rx7-19...sories&vxp=mtr Looks like the kit i need. But question is that all i will need? You guys are the experts compared to me on this stuff. |
|
Thanks but everything points to the coolant seals being bad. If so it is a complete rebuild for it.

Cool Project...wish mine had the cargo boxes still :(
