Ya know, I saw the thread title and expected to see some god awful spanishricemobile. I am pleasantly surprised. That is a nice looking car. Would look better without the stickers. Is that a custom Lip?

shika805 12-29-08 11:56 PM

nice... haha i was like this is gonna be a piece of shit... and i found it to be beautiful!

agreed that lip is awesome... i would want that on my car.

francogt1 12-29-08 11:57 PM

the lip looks abit out of place almost as if was upside down

revox7 12-30-08 12:09 AM

sorry guys i dont have alot of info on this car but i do know that the stickers have a purpose these guys have their own version of formula D called the Baja Drift Grand Prix or BDGP he owns the shop in the background and is "sponsored" by the companies whose stickers are on the car

blackedoutFC3S 12-30-08 12:09 AM

I think that lip would lick sick if the sideskirts were low enough to match it. Definitely a clean FC for a drift car.

RxFuel 12-30-08 09:00 AM

sweet ride, I' am curious to know what modifications he has done to the car though

Dltreezan 12-30-08 11:34 AM

no daytons? And that lip looks like a demonspeed lip that has been cut.

RRTEC 12-30-08 11:57 AM

THe lip looks upsidedown fo sho.

87 t-66 12-30-08 12:55 PM

this forum is sad everyone judging this by the title lol

that is a clean ass fc.. looks to be tastefully modded, sittin on coilovers i presume. Have you thought about calling the shop in the background? as if the car didnt have the shop logo on it, im sure you could get some info lol

Twins80s 12-31-08 12:47 AM

well it is clean but the lip has to go.

francogt1 12-31-08 12:59 AM

when i have sometime I'm going to turn that lip upside down and put it the right way on photo shop lol

Spirit Rx-7 12-31-08 06:32 AM

thats a wierd lookin lip! anyone know what tire size hes runnin?

Circuit Theory 12-31-08 10:13 AM

? Am I missing something?
looks like a stock FC with a cage, upside down lip, and hood pins.

NoPistons! 12-31-08 12:30 PM

Lip looks fine the way it is to me.

It just extends the s5 front bumper accents and flares it out on the sides. A good look for the car. Definately needs gp style skirts and a gp or bn rear to keep the flare going all the way around the car.

My wife has family in ensenada and I must say that I never seen any clean cars until now. The last time i was down there I did see a couple of corollas but they had Ca. plates so I didnt think much of it. But thats a shop who owens that car.

Just like Baja ,drifting will soon be big in mexico. Too bad the heat wave is slowly passing here in the states. I wish there was more tracks .No matter what Japan will forever hold the sport of drifting and continue to thrive in style and parts.

Over all I think the Fc looks clean for the country that is in. I have seen some pretty crazy crap down there. EX- semi truck airbags in the rear of a cherokee because buying new struts is more expensive than welding two plates and wedging a bag in between.

francogt1 12-31-08 12:47 PM

ahh here alot better

bd180 12-31-08 01:30 PM

That looks a lot better

Hypertek 12-31-08 01:46 PM

ahh sorry i dont mean to say it, but if drifting picks up in mexico, will there be more thefts?

bd180 12-31-08 03:24 PM

lol, is that the way it is in the south?
I'm glad I'm in the sticks

Alex Rodriguez 12-31-08 03:48 PM

Theft will not be a problem bro, thats already going on regardless what new fad is going on.
Finding a clean fc will be the problem because they are all gonna be taken down there for the sole purpose of trashing them. You can legally register the car as i heard if its from 1995 or older so yeah if it leaves this country and registers in mexico . You will never be able to re register it in the us.
