HELP ! fc missing!

Hello all!

I am a semi new member in need of some serious help. My fc is missing, has been for some time. Here is the abridged version of my story, just to cut to the chase:

Some time ago, I was living with my mother in Orlando, Fl. I had an 86 white fc that was my pride and joy. Unfortunately, there was a problem with compression, and i had sent it to a shop on O.B.T. called, Fuego, right across from the 7-eleven that is there (incase anyone was familiar with the area.) Months on end they continually put off fixing my car. Months and months later, i decided to to drop in to just take my car elsewhere. Low and behold, the business was gone and it had become a car dealership. The new owners did not know the whereabouts of the previous owners, nor did they know what happened to all of the cars that where there (perhaps towed.) I still have the title and would very much like a way to find my car. I carfaxed it and it doesnt tell me much. the last owner registered for the vin was me, and that is all it says. If anyone knows of another way i can track my car or to search if it may be in an impound, please help me out. I live in NYC now but have ppl. that can go to locations for me. Any or all help is appreciated. Thanks guys!

Sorry to hear about all that. I would guess that it is long gone and is probably some body's roller now or in a scrap yard. Not to be negative but I don't think you have a chance in getting it back.

unfortunately someone with a wrecked or rotted bodied fc probably swapped their engine and vins in the car. if you had the x owner of the businesses name, you could try private investigator things to find him. mad pi s on the web. best of luck though.

You should still look into the vin number to see if its been registered anywhere.

Post this in your regional section; you'll likely generate some interest there. RX7 people are good people - we look out for each other.

That's just greasy. I can't believe they didn't call you and tell you to come get your car.
