I didn't mean photoshopped or something like that. I know it's "real". I should have asked is it actually installed on that engine or did someone have a huge turbo lying around and took that picture?

I've just never seen a turbo that big. It doesn't look like it would fit in the engine bay. It looks like it came of an airplane or tractor or something really big.

(sorry to get off topic. I searched for a poster to add, couldn't find any rotary/rx7 related that hadn't been used already.)

ive heard it called something like the garret gt555, but ive researched it, cant find ANYTHING like that anywhere. ive also seen that turbo on a rb26dett (converted to single turbo) still no info on the actual turbo.
