FC3 -
thanks for the pic's!!
That looks great!
If they could have had even just a simple flat housing, I think that would have made them look spectacular.
Nice to see a dual set w/in the housing area though.

Thanks for posting . .

Tfitz.

This kit had a lot of potential, I remember following this thread waiting for them to finish (ie; make a shroud). Its a shame they were too lazy to ever complete the job, they would have looked great (and people might have actually bought them.

Update:

I had a little time today, so I decided to test fit the housing after I trimmed it down and fitted the chrome headlight bezel onto it. Looks pretty good so far.
Pulled the adjustment dish off and inserted the housing to get a better idea of things.
I'm sure I will need to play w/ clearance issues, but when I get the lights, (should be tomorrow) I will be able to make some real progress.
I found a set of 2.5" diameter 10000k driving projector lights that will be the second set.
Holding off on those for now till I receive the primary set.

Sharingan: - thanks for the photo's, It gives me all the more drive to see how a set of projectors will look in place of those HELLA's.

More later,

TFitz.

The hella's are projectors and is the headlight cover popped up because of clearance issues? I think you need to do more research on HID lighting 10000k is a horrible choice for bulbs.

^exact same thing i did with my headlights, great write up!

yeah but i agree with turboIIrotary, 10000k bulbs are just crap. stick with 4300k maybe 6000k for a cooler blue, i have 43's and light up the darkness like no other!
