I've been trying to figure out where a certain bumper comes from for a while with no luck, and I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. It basically looks like a stock fc bumper but it has big cutaways for the headlights and looks really mean. I just wish I knew where to find one. Here's an example:

perhaps your thinking of something more along the lines the b sport front bumper?

 

Which by the way had a terrible light pattern if you keep the lights down like that, as in holding a flashlight out your window is better. Ask me how I know lol
