Ebay grief!

Hey everyone. So I ordered some things online for my 7 a few weeks back. A grand total of roughly $200. These parts are coming from over seas, Greece to be exact. I placed the order on February 27th, and it is currently March 20th, and I still don't have my parts. The 20th is the last day in the scheduled shipping manifest so I thought it would be here by now. I emailed the seller and he said that he was in a car accident, and that my parts would be shipped in 8-9 days. Would this put me out of the timeline to file a charge back on Paypal? I've never had to deal with someone like this, but I thought I only had 30 days from the original purchase date to file. Just wanted to make sure because I feel like I'm getting ripped off here.

PayPal is pretty good to work with. I would at least call and let them know what's up. U could always back track and contact other people that bought from this seller and see if there having issues also.

given it's coming from Greece, I'm assuming you bought the replica s5 lip?
