need RX7 08-04-09 03:37 AM

It's pretty common.

philly101 08-04-09 03:45 AM

wha is better na or t2 for a dd.

ICEY? 08-04-09 04:14 AM

Na

R.O.D 08-04-09 04:21 AM

id say either one but ull be super tempted to turn up the boost and go faster on a turbo set-up lol i know i am, on the flipside, i dont get beat by the ricer crew here either and i dd a TII, just whatever u feel comfortable with. any way u go its gonna be ur on self control. either port the shit out of a N/A, turn up the boost on a turbo
or leave it alone

ICEY? 08-04-09 04:22 AM

yeah.. dont pass up a TII...

mazdaverx713b 08-04-09 05:27 AM

i think the NA would be a better daily driver due to the better fuel economy and the fact that it is moderatly more practical for a daily commute. however, the TII is a funner daily driver and if one is caught with a choice, i think the kid in us all would chose the TII.

MazdalicousRx7 08-04-09 05:54 AM

id rather a t2 for a dd, because if some asshole cuts you off you can show em whats up.

heres my daily t2
i didnt have a stock front bumper, and that one was free, so bear with me

I trade off daily duties with my turbo II and a tbird. Granted the Turbo II is alot more fun lol

bikeboy23332 08-04-09 09:55 AM

i swap dd turbo II with a 65 s90. both are fun

cosmo7 08-04-09 10:39 AM

I have a NA as a dd. But don't pass up a t2

MaczPayne 08-04-09 11:10 AM

I used to, until road construction started on the my main route to work. Now the road's messed up :(

1SWEET7 08-04-09 11:48 AM

Daily driving my turbo is MUCH more fun than daily driving my old N/A.

Funkspectrum 08-04-09 04:26 PM

I used a Microtech'd TII as a daily. Ran great! :icon_tup:

Napsterfreak15 08-04-09 05:53 PM

+1 i do to.

With a stand alone you can tune it based on what you have done to your 7 making it better then the stock ecu.

That goes for running a stock 7 as well. The Stock turbo ecus tend to run rich.

moncherx 08-04-09 07:00 PM

this is my dd.

I DD my NA. 112k miles on it. And runs strong. Drive about an hour down to Irvine (40mile) 3-4 times a week, and for about a year had a 50 mile drive to work everyday. And even the occasional cruise through the Mountains. The Seven runs strong minus some tranny problems.

Besides- Cars are meant to be driven. But theres a fine line between a Healthy drive, and beating your car into the ground.

iani1.1 08-05-09 11:21 AM

how about a na/TII daily?
