Yes the Air Bypass Solenoid Valve. Little round guy under the BAC on S4NAs.

I agree that those things are annoying, BUT they can be usually be reversed by someone with a little bit of determination. I'd imagine getting run over over by a monster truck is a lot harder to fix.

some of the terms are a bit redundant and confusing between the 2 series.

the Air bypass valve for the turbo is basically a blow off valve recirculated.
the Air bypass solenoid valve for both the turbo and non turbo is a load actuated solenoid to assist in idle.

It's different because, at least as far as me and my friends, we bought cheap fc's that were probably headed for the crusher soon and gave them way more attention then they would have ever got. But yes, I hate it when people take an fc that is actually nice and make it a drift car. My friend wanted to rip out his mint black interior and I wanted to punch him in the face for it.
