Taking Apart Door cards

i have an idea for a project, I'm looking to make carbon fiber door cards that look stock, im not a fan of the bubble tech look. so my question is how do i take apart the door cards (the top plastic part with the vents and door handle and the arm rest) I'm wondering if i should just put it as a cover over the stock or if i should just remove it completely and replace with my new parts. I'm doing this for more of a look than weight lost but i do want it be an upgrade.

Have you even removed a panel and looked at yet?
They are totally self-explanatory.
The armreat is bolted to the door with three screws and has to come off before the panel can be removed...it is not a part of the panel itself.
You're lucky in that all the component panels below the doorcap are flat, so I don't see why you wouldn't just make new CF ones and use them instead of covering the originals.

im at work, havent inspected it yet, im probably going to just make a new one, if it wasnt removable then i would just use it as a cover. just weighing out all my options. do you know if the cf dash is still for sale the bre website is down
