S4 N/A Rx7 Not starting

Hello all, finally getting around to pulling my S4 Rx7 out of storage and no luck getting it started. I tried the de-flooding procedure (but didn't put any oil or atf into the cylinders).

Here is a video of me trying to start it, can anyone offer any input? It doesn't really seem like flooding to me, it seems like something else might be wrong?

my opinion is it's probably fuel-related. i'm not hearing any sounds of combustion. however, why listen to my speculation? just go through the basics.

check for fuel at the rails, and if that checks out then check to see if the primary injectors are actually firing. if no fuel is detected, then test the pump relay, and then the pump itself. change the filter if there is any question as to what condition it's in.

check for spark at the plugs, it would appear that at least you trailing coil is working though. what condition were the plugs in when you pulled them?

if fuel and ignition are A-OK, then check then compression.

It has fuel at the rail. I can hear it pressurizing after jumping the fuel pump test connector. I did not check if the actual injectors were firing.

The spark plugs are brand new. The old ones were pretty old, but not in terrible shape. The trailing coil is actually apparently not working, as I don't get a tach signal unless the bullet connector is connected to the primary coil. Both coils ohm'd out okay via the FSM though.

I have not checked compression.

Plug the green connector on the back of the water pump housing in firmly.

That connector is definitely plugged in and locked on.
