Looking for an evap check valve or a way to bypass it.

Looking for an evap check valve or a way to bypass it. Broke it replacing fuel tank and can not find a replacement. Tried JB weld and no luck, is there a way to bypass it? It connect the gas tank and the fuel neck and into engine bay.
