Idiot light cluster question

So I've got it opened up to re-flow the solder and I notice it looks like I'm missing a resistor....R19 is what it's labeled. The solder on the reverse side from it looks like there was something there.

Yea I opened mine up and all of the contacts for the lights are corroded
