fuel pump question
 

Question is, will this pump work for an 88 N/A (stock injectors)
Local Napa auto parts recommended a Carter P72165, but they wanted 170.00 for it, so I checked rockauto, and they had same pump for 60 shipped. Needless to say I ordered it from rockauto.
Problem is, after receiving it I noticed maximum pump pressure rating is 46psi, but FSM specs pump pressure at 65-85psi. I'm confused why literally every parts store, online or otherwise, suggests this pump as an option.
Am I missing something? Is line pressure going to be higher?
I don't want to install it to check if I'm just gonna be sending it back anyways.
Also, any recommendations for a new pump if I'm correct and this pump is insufficient would be appreciated.
