Fair asking price?

If this isn't the right place for this or would be better elsewhere let me know.

I have a 91 convertible NA, about 160k miles, been sitting in my parent's driveway for about 4 years, needs engine rebuild or replacement. Was my daily driver for about 3 years. The coolant seals inside the engine, I believe. are bad. If I remember correctly, the radiator was leaking and I was filling it with water for a while, that caused the water pump to go bad (which I had replaced, and replaced the radiator myself, eventually) and somehow that caused the coolant seals in the engine to fail due to corrosion from the water. Something like that. Possibly something about the apex seals as well, my memory isn't great. If I could get it started it ran fine but I had to always park on a slope to roll start it. Slight leak between window and top when it rains. Shifter bushing (I think) needs to be replaced. Needs a couple new tires. Everything else works fine as far as I know.

I've been hoping to save enough money to fix it up but after all this time it seems like that's not going to happen.

What's the most I could realistically expect to sell it for? Open to other suggestions as well. Hoping to at least get it to someone who'll take good care of it. I'm in MD.

Needing an engine rebuild / swap, I'd say in the ballpark of $2k.

Really? That seems pretty high, I bought it for 3k.
