Bypass Fuel Pump Relay

So, i have a S4 N/A and i am looking to re-wire my fuel pump. I've been having cold start problems, and i think i narrowed it down to the ecu, since it controls how rich it is on startup (or am i wrong?). What I want to do is bypass that relay and replace it with a switch, so i can prime my fuel lines before i start my car. Was wondering if that would be possible, or if i should just completely rewire the fuel pump to the battery.

Oh, and as for the cold starting problem... It starts up in one crank hot, but just keeps chugging when cold, and then barely turns over. Just from the sounds of it i know its a fuel problem. The one thing i havent done yet is clean my injectors but i figured id try to rewire the pump first.

no need to wire anything, there is a test connector under the hood that turns the relay on with the key.

it lives by the airbox/right side shock tower, yellow 2 pin connector, and you simply jump it.

oh thanks, i actually found some other threads that talked about that too, ill probably put a spade connector to it and wire in a switch :)
