88rx7 vert injector and coolant ?
 

So after a long hiatus of not working on my vert I have finally dug back into it. My son is old enough to work on it and is showing an large interest. Hope is to get it back up and running. Blew a coolant hose originally and started to replace all hoses and vacuum lines a few years ago. then one thing led to another and it sat. It’s been garaged the whole time. All vacuum lines we previously done by me. Going to send injectors out to have cleaned and flow tested. All rubber fuel lines and coolant lines to be replaced. New fuel filter, oil and coolant.

Pulled primary injectors. Came out of the block easily. The problem is Pintel and grommet are still in the block. What’s a good way to remove? Don’t want to cause a bunch of crud to drop in while attempting to remove.

2nd thing I noticed in my previous work was the hard pipes that the coolant lines connect to on the block are pitted. Will this cause seal issues with new lines? Work around? I assume they are press fitted into the block so no easy way to change out.
