3 out of 4 turn signals not working
 

I purchased a 90 rx7 a few months ago, and am Currently trying to source why some of my turn signals won’t work. Neither of the front ones work, and the right rear turn signal also does not work. The rear left does work, but blinks fast. The left blinker indicator comes up on the dash, the right does not but you can still hear the ticking. The light not showing up may be because of a burnt bulb, I replaced all of the bulbs in the gage cluster but have not tested if it fixed that yet. I have not done anything to try and fix the front signals, but so far I have tested all the wires from the front to the rear that are related to the signals with a meter and they are all good. I have also tested the fuse, and it was good. The grounds look good, so I’m not sure what else to check other than the flasher relay. Anybody have any ideas? I’m pretty new to electrical diagnostics and any help would be appreciated.

if you put bulbs in it, then the next stop is to re solder the flasher. its in the CPU. its really easy to reflow the solder, and that will probably fix it

you want to do the ones where the pins meet the board, and then the ones for the relays for sure, and then anything else that looks suspect.
a good joint will look shiny and uniform. if its cracked, dirty, two colors, etc, you should re-do it.
